If you are feeling confused and heart broken, I have some message for you.

Almost every broken relationship can be saved and repaired. You may think it is not possible but the fact is that regardless whether is it plain old lost passion, loss of interest, a stolen heart, infidelity, or even men serving long setences in jail have managed to save their broken relationships. Yes, even ex-prisoners managed to get back with their wives or girlfriends after being locked up for so long!

There is hope for you.

You are probably shaking your head in disbelief. This is understandable. I have a question for you.

Do you know any couples that have gotten back together? Do you know a girl that has taken a guy back or vice versa?

I am sure you have and I notice something unusual. Can you recall the reason for the break up initially? I sure you have heard before cases whereby the gal or guy forgive their ex after an affair and get back together.

Think about it for a sec.

Sure! And I bet you know of or have heard of at least one girl that has taken a guy back that really should not have. I am talking about girls or guys that are in verbally or physically abusive relationships.

Do note this is something that is complicated and I am not suggesting in any way to ask you to take your ex back if he or she is abusive. The point I want to make is there is no broken relationship that is unsalvageable. Regardless of the situation, there are couples who managed to reunite.

Honestly speaking, this is not logical. If even under terrible situation where couples manage to get back together, it looks like there is some special secret available that can recapture lost love and reignite the passion.

Now I am not saying they were holding some “secret love spell” guide and doing black magic. Not at all but at the same time somehow, by mostly accident they said and did the right things at the correct time and won back the heart of their lover or at least created the chance where their ex gave them another opportunity.

Let me to emphasize. Very likely, they did those things by accident!

Imagine if what they said and what they did could be pinpoint down to a precise formula, and then you could just take and use it to erase old hurts, reignite old passion again, and turn back to a time when your relationship was new, fresh and exciting.

Yes. There is such recipe to getting back your ex. There is a “recipe for love” as well as a recipe for winning back and keeping some ones interest, desire, passion, heart and love.

What they did by “accident” can be used over and over intentionally! If I were you I would be quite skeptical now. That’s absolutely fine.

Do you have these symptoms?

-leaving the radio off because every song makes you want to cry -no appetite -binge eating for comfort -calling your ex many times a day -text messaging and emailing constantly (text message terrorism) -constantly checking your voice mail and email to see if your ex called -staying at home because you are worried to miss a call -thinking constantly about why they really abandon you -feeling massively depressed -feeling urges to spy on them -endlessly rehearsing what you should have said -endlessly rehearsing what you will do if you bump into them

And when you do reach them, it usually turns ugly because you do not have a clear plan of what you are supposed to do. Defensiveness, panic and arguments will happen and then things get really out of hand.

Have you commit these mistakes with your ex?

-we try very hard to tell them we are the love of their life -we will apologize profusely for everything -commit to turn over a new leaf -try to get them to see that it wasn’t really our mistake -even beg with them to take us back

And of course with every word we utter, regardless of our intention, the more defensive, angry and distant they become.

Please know that this is not your fault! You weren’t taught this in school. You probably weren’t taught this by your parents and there is no “how to get your ex back” night school. And it is really a pity too because what could have a higher priority than love?
